I am currently moving half way across the US (literally, Savannah to DFW) so this will be done in parts. I'm hoping to get accepted as just a concept/texture artist (part 1) and then bring the others into the fold. First part will be concept art and textures (because that's already up online) and the rest will fall into place when I have time. I'm applying now so I can read through the development material (script, story, level design, etc) during the move and be ready to hit the ground running when I'm settled in. Maybe knock out a character design for the blog and this...

Previous Experience: With JO/JA, I've been on the following mods: AotcTC, DF2TC

Texture/Shader Artist
First, I map the level out with these (available in 64, 128, 256, 512, and 1024)

Grey, with easy to tell midpoint, and with size of the texture printed on. These are easy to align and good for figuring out where textures will repeat and stretching a texture across multiple surfaces.

And with the textures already in the right place, I can then replace them in a click with roughs to see what the entire map will look with the current texture designs and lighting playing off the basic colors. So the entire map then becomes filled with these.

And finally, I make the finals using the same base color palette, size, and layout.

The idea is to be accepted and get set up now, and then post part two when I'm ready to expand the job duties after the move.
